Over the past few decades neuroscientists have studied how music affects the brain and they have concluded there is nothing like music to build a bigger, better brain for children and adults. Why? Because music is the ONLY thing we do that exercises the entire brain—left, right, front and back—simultaneously.

Neuroscientists tell us that the benefits of learning to play at a young age include improved memory, discipline, self-confidence, and even reading and verbal skills. So, let’s explore ways that music instruction can help your child gain more advantage in life!

After Carson’s baby sister died his mom was worried about his ability to process what happened. They were going to a grief counselor, but she wasn’t seeing a lot of progress. The mom decided to put him in a Let’s Play Music class. See what changed for Carsen after he learned a lullaby.
